Presale orders

Tummy Tiger books are sold on a presale basis. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or faulty items

While we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply. If your book arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at roar@tummytiger.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate remedy.

Delivery

As this is a presale item, your book will be dispatched once stock is available. Estimated dispatch timeframes will be communicated by email. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.
